5.2 Using the Digital Timer and Display
The grinder features an intelligent LCD display and a precise digital timer, allowing you to set grinding time in 0.1-second increments. It also has a memory function to recall your last setting.

- Time "-" button: Press to decrease grinding time. Long press for rapid reduction.
- Time "+" button: Press to increase grinding time. Long press for rapid increase.
- Start/Stop button: Initiates or halts the grinding process.
- For times under 10 seconds, each press adjusts by 0.1 seconds.
- For times over 10 seconds, each press adjusts by 1 second.

5.3 Grinding Process

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

6.1 Cleaning the Burr Grinder
The high-quality conical burr grinder is designed for uniform grinding and flavor preservation. Keep it clean to prevent clogging and maintain performance.

- Remove Upper Burr: Twist the upper conical burr counter-clockwise and lift it out.
- Brush Clean: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any coffee grounds from the upper and lower burrs.
- Wipe Base: Wipe the interior of the grinding chamber and the exterior of the main unit with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not rinse the main unit or burrs with water.
- Reassemble: Insert the upper conical burr back into place and twist clockwise until it locks.
6.2 Cleaning the Collecting Box
