2. Important Safety Instructions

5. Operating Instructions

- Power On: Place an induction-compatible pot or pan (with contents) on the center of the cooking surface. Press the ON/OFF button to turn the unit on. The digital display will illuminate.
- Select Mode: The unit typically defaults to a power or temperature setting. Use the TEMP buttons (up/down arrows) to adjust the desired temperature (140°F to 460°F / 60°C to 238°C).
- Adjust Settings: Use the TEMP buttons to increase or decrease the heating level. The display will show the current setting.
- Timer Function: Press the TIMER button to activate the timer. Use the TIMER buttons (up/down arrows) to set the desired cooking time (0 to 170 minutes). The unit will automatically shut off when the timer expires.
