5. Installation Instructions
This fan is designed for installation from the room-side, eliminating the need for attic access. Ensure power is disconnected before starting.
5.1. Prepare Ceiling Opening
- Identify the desired location for the fan.
- Cut a ceiling opening of approximately 7.6 inches by 7.3 inches. Ensure this opening is suitable for the fan housing dimensions (7.5"D x 7.25"W x 6"H).

5.2. Remove Fan Assembly and Driver
- Carefully remove the fan assembly and LED driver from the fan housing. This provides easier access for wiring and mounting.
5.3. Wiring
- Route the electrical wiring into the fan housing's junction box.
- Connect the fan's white wire to the house white wire (neutral).
- Connect the fan's black wire to the house black wire (hot for fan).
- Connect the light's white wire to the house white wire (neutral).
- Connect the light's black wire to the house black wire (hot for light).
- Connect the green ground wire from the fan to the house ground wire.
- Secure all connections with wire nuts.
- Note: The fan and light can be operated independently if wired to separate switches.
5.4. Install Duct
- Connect the 4-inch ductwork to the fan's duct connector.
- Secure the duct connection using an end seal or a 4-inch duct clamp (not included).
5.5. Mount Fan Housing
- Insert the fan housing into the ceiling opening.
- Secure the fan housing to a ceiling joist using the provided screws. Ensure the housing is firmly attached.

5.6. Reattach Fan Assembly and Driver
- Once the housing is secured and wired, reattach the fan assembly and LED driver into the housing.
5.7. Install Grille
- Connect the LED light wire from the grille to the corresponding connector inside the housing.
- Carefully push the grille into the housing until the mounting springs secure it flush with the ceiling.

6. Operating Instructions
Once installed and power is restored, the Tech Drive Bathroom Fan with Light can be operated via standard wall switches. If wired independently, the fan and light can be controlled separately.
- Fan Operation: Flip the designated wall switch to turn the ventilation fan ON or OFF. The fan will quietly remove moisture and odors from the bathroom.
- Light Operation: Flip the designated wall switch to turn the integrated LED light ON or OFF. The 4000K, 600 Lumen light provides bright, neutral illumination.

7. Maintenance
