3. Setup Guide
3.1 Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully remove the printer from its packaging.
- Check for any visible damage. If damaged, contact your vendor immediately.
- Verify that all accessories are present (power adapter, USB cable, paper roll).
3.2 Connecting the Printer
- Place the printer on a stable, flat surface.
- Connect the power cable to the printer's power input port (refer to Figure 2.5).
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Connect the USB cable from the printer's USB port to an available USB port on your computer (refer to Figure 2.5).
- Turn on the printer using the power switch located on the front-left side (refer to Figure 2.1).
3.3 Loading Thermal Paper
- Ensure the printer is powered off or in standby mode.
- Push the blue lever on the side of the printer to open the top cover (refer to Figure 2.3).
- Insert the thermal paper roll into the paper compartment, ensuring the printing side of the paper faces upwards (refer to Figure 2.4).
- Pull a small length of paper out past the print head.
- Close the top cover firmly until it clicks into place. The printer will automatically feed the paper to the correct starting position.
3.4 Driver Installation
Before using the printer, you must install the appropriate drivers on your computer. Drivers are typically provided on a CD with the printer or can be downloaded from the official Xprinter website. Follow the on-screen instructions during the installation process.

4.1 Basic Printing
- Ensure the printer is connected to your computer and powered on.
- Verify that thermal paper is correctly loaded.
- From your application (e.g., label design software, word processor), select the Xprinter XP-365B as your printer.
- Adjust print settings such as label size, orientation, and density as needed within your application's print dialogue.
- Initiate the print command. The printer will begin printing at a high speed of 127mm/s.
4.2 Control Panel Functions
