Setup Guide

Unboxing and Initial Setup

Before first use, ensure the pump is fully charged using the provided Type-C cable. The built-in 1400mAh lithium battery provides strong endurance for 40-50 days on a full charge.

Installation

1. Choose Adapter Ring: Select the appropriate adapter ring (38mm for 1-2 Gallon bottles or 48mm for 3-4 Gallon bottles) based on your water bottle opening. The original size of the G105 (58mm) is suitable for 5 Gallon bottles. If your bottle opening is smaller, install the correct adapter ring on the bottom of the G105 water dispenser.
2. Connect Silicone Hose: Screw and connect the silicone water hose to the water inlet position at the bottom of the dispenser.
3. Insert Hose into Bottle: Insert the silicone water hose into the water bottle. Ensure the hose is straightened to prevent floating issues.
4. Secure Dispenser: Fix the G105 water bottle pump securely to the water bottle opening.

Operating Instructions

Dispensing Water

1. Open Water Outlet: Gently open the foldable water outlet.
2. Select Volume: Click the middle round button. The indicator light will illuminate. Rotate the dial to select your desired water volume (150mL, 250mL, 350mL, 500mL, or 1000mL). The pump will automatically stop when the selected volume is reached.
3. DISPENSE Function: For continuous dispensing or larger volumes, select the 'DISPENSE' function. Press the start/stop button to begin pumping and press it again to stop.
4. MEMORY Function: The intelligent memory function automatically saves the last 'DISPENSE' water volume for convenience.

Maintenance and Care

To ensure optimal performance and hygiene, regular cleaning of your KitchenBoss water bottle pump is recommended.

• Hose Cleaning: The pumping hose is removable for easy cleaning. Disassemble the hose by unscrewing it from the water inlet. Wash it with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Ensure it is completely dry before reassembly.
• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the main unit in water.
• Hose Straightening: When the hose is taken out for cleaning or storage, it needs to be straightened to effectively avoid the problem of the hose floating when reinserted into the water bottle.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

• Hose Floating: If the rubber hose floats on top of the water as the level drops, preventing proper siphoning, ensure the hose is straightened before insertion. If the issue persists, a slightly weighted, food-grade alternative hose might be considered.
• Not Charging or Stopping Working: If the pump stops charging or functioning after some time, ensure the Type-C cable is properly connected. If the issue persists, the internal mechanism might be stuck; some users have reported success by gently poking the central circular piece inside the pump's mechanism.
• Low Water Flow: If the water flow is slow, ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. Also, check that the hose is not kinked or obstructed.
