Troubleshooting
If your INTEX ZX50 pool cleaner is not performing as expected, consider the following:
- Check Pump Flow Rate: Ensure your filter pump is operating within the recommended flow rate of 900 to 1,500 gallons per hour. Insufficient flow can affect the cleaner's movement and suction.
- Clean Filter Tray: A full or clogged debris tray will reduce the cleaner's effectiveness. Regularly check and empty the tray.
- Inspect Hose: Verify that the 21ft hose is not tangled or kinked, which can restrict water flow to the cleaner.
- Debris Size: The ZX50 is designed for fine debris. Very large leaves or heavy objects might not be picked up and should be removed manually.
