Using the Mixer

- Begin Mixing: Plug in the mixer. Immerse the attachments into the ingredients before turning the mixer on. Turn the mixer on by sliding the speed control to the desired setting.
- Turbo Function: For an extra burst of power at any speed setting, press and hold the "TURBO" button. Release to return to the selected speed.
- Stop Mixing: Once mixing is complete, slide the speed control to "0" (off) and unplug the mixer from the outlet.
- Remove Attachments: Hold the mixer over the mixing bowl and press the release button to eject the beaters or dough hooks. This allows excess batter to drip back into the bowl.
