4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Vinsetto Mid Back Office Chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the 5-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.

- Insert Gas Lift into Base: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled 5-star base. Ensure it sits securely.
- Attach Mounting Plate to Seat: Align the mounting plate/mechanism with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat. Secure it using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
- Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. Press down firmly to ensure a secure connection.
Once assembled, test the chair's stability and functionality before regular use.
5. Operating Instructions
Adjusting Seat Height:
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side, underneath the seat.
- To raise the seat: Lift the lever while taking your weight off the seat. The seat will rise automatically. Release the lever at the desired height.
- To lower the seat: Lift the lever while remaining seated. The seat will lower. Release the lever at the desired height.

Swivel Function:
The chair seat and base are designed to swivel 360 degrees, allowing for easy movement and access to different areas of your workspace without needing to reposition the entire chair.

- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains on the PU leather, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

- Caster Care: Keep casters free of hair, dust, and debris to ensure smooth rolling. Clean them regularly.
