1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Always ensure the mixer is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.

- Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from moving beaters during operation to prevent injury and/or damage to the mixer.
- Never operate the mixer with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- The appliance is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature when the tilt-head is raised, enhancing safety during use.
- Ensure the mixer is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface. The anti-slip suction cups on the base provide stability during operation.

3. Setup

- Cleaning: Before first use, wash the mixing bowl, splash guard, dough hook, beater, and whisk in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main motor unit should be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. Ensure the anti-slip feet are securely suctioned to the surface.
- Attaching the Mixing Bowl:
- Lift the tilt-head by pressing the tilt-head release button (refer to Figure 2.1).
- Place the mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the grooves.
- Rotate the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.

- Attaching Accessories:
- With the tilt-head raised, insert the desired attachment (dough hook, beater, or whisk) into the accessory shaft.
- Push upwards and rotate slightly until the attachment locks into place.

- Lowering the Tilt-Head: Press the tilt-head release button again and gently lower the head until it locks into the operating position.
- Attaching the Splash Guard: Slide the splash guard onto the mixer head, ensuring it covers the bowl opening. The access hatch allows for adding ingredients during mixing.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
Your Facelle Stand Mixer offers 6 speed settings and a pulse function for versatile mixing.

- Adding Ingredients: Place all necessary ingredients into the mixing bowl. For best results, add dry ingredients first, then wet ingredients.
- Selecting Speed: Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting (1-6).
- Speeds 1-3 (Dough Hook): Ideal for kneading dough for bread, pizza, or pasta.
- Speeds 2-4 (Beater): Suitable for mixing batters for cakes, cookies, or crepes, and mashing potatoes.
- Speeds 5-6 (Whisk): Best for whipping egg whites, cream, and light sauces.
- Pulse Function (P): For short bursts of high-speed mixing, turn the dial to 'P' and hold. Release to stop. This is useful for quickly incorporating ingredients or for delicate folding.
- Adding Ingredients During Mixing: Use the access hatch on the splash guard to add ingredients while the mixer is operating.
- Stopping the Mixer: Turn the speed control dial to '0' to stop the mixer.
- Removing Ingredients: Lift the tilt-head, remove the attachment, and then unlock and remove the mixing bowl. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your mixer.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
- Attachments and Bowl: The stainless steel mixing bowl, dough hook, beater, and whisk are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water, rinsed, and dried thoroughly.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the motor unit in water.
- Splash Guard: Wash the splash guard in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry.

6. Troubleshooting
