4.1. Controls and Indicators

• Top Surface: Touch-sensitive area for basic On/Off and color-flowing mode activation.
• Bottom Buttons:
  • Power On/Off Button: Press and hold to power the device on or off.
  • Motion Sensor Button: Activates motion sensor modes.
  • Color Button: Cycles through static RGB colors.
  • Dimming Button: Adjusts brightness levels.
  • Timer Button: Activates the 1-hour auto-off timer.
• USB-C Charging Port: Located on the side for recharging the internal battery.
• Motion Sensor: Front-facing sensor for detecting movement.
• Indicator Light: Small LED light near the motion sensor to show status.

5. Setup

5.1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the night light. The device is equipped with a 2500mAh rechargeable battery.

1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the USB-C port on the side of the night light.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The indicator light will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green/blue for fully charged).

A full charge can provide approximately 7 hours of light at the brightest setting (100LM) or up to 40 hours at the dimmest setting.

5.2. Initial Power On

To power on the device for the first time:

1. Press and hold the Power On/Off button located on the bottom of the device for approximately 3 seconds.
2. The light will illuminate, indicating it is ready for use.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Basic On/Off (Touch Control)

Once powered on using the bottom button, you can easily control the light:

• Tap the top surface of the night light to turn the light on or off.

6.2. Color Modes (RGB)

The Lyridz A5215 offers a variety of color options:

1. Static Color Selection: Press the Color button on the bottom of the device to cycle through 8 different static RGB colors.
2. Color-Flowing Mode: While the light is on, long touch the top surface of the light to enter the color-flowing mode, where colors transition smoothly. Long touch the top again to exit this mode and return to the last static color.

6.3. Brightness Adjustment

Adjust the light intensity to your preference:

• Press the Dimming button on the bottom of the device to cycle through 5 preset brightness levels (e.g., 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100% of 100LM maximum brightness).
• For stepless dimming, long press the Dimming button to gradually increase or decrease brightness. Release when the desired brightness is reached.

6.4. Motion Sensor Modes

The night light features two motion sensor modes:

1. Motion Sensor Mode 1 (30-second auto-off): Press the Motion Sensor button once. The indicator light will turn on. In this mode, the light will turn on when motion is detected and automatically turn off 30 seconds after the last movement is sensed.
2. Motion Sensor Mode 2 (Continuous lighting with movement): Press the Motion Sensor button twice. The light will flash twice to confirm activation. In this mode, the light will remain on as long as it senses continuous movement.

Note: The motion sensor can be deactivated by pressing the Motion Sensor button until the indicator light turns off, or by powering off the device.

6.5. Auto-off Timer

The night light includes a 1-hour auto-off timer function:

• Press the Timer button on the bottom of the device once to activate the 1-hour auto-off timer. The indicator light will turn on to confirm.
• The light will automatically turn off after 1 hour.
• Press the Timer button again to deactivate the timer.

6.6. Portable Hook

Utilize the included lanyard for enhanced portability:

• Attach the lanyard to the designated loop on the night light.
• Hang the light in desired locations for convenient illumination.
