Maintenance
Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your earbuds and charging case:
- Wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Remove any earwax or debris from the eartips and speaker grilles using a small, soft brush or cotton swab.
- Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and dry.
Water Resistance (IPX4)
The Nokia Go Earbuds+ are rated IPX4, meaning they are resistant to splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, they are not designed for submersion in water or exposure to pressurized water jets. Always ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Nokia Go Earbuds+, refer to the following common solutions:
- Earbuds not charging: Ensure the protective film is removed from the charging contacts on the earbuds. Verify the charging cable is securely connected and the power source is active. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case.
- Earbuds not pairing: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are in pairing mode (open case). Try forgetting the device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.
- No sound or low volume: Check the volume levels on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
- Intermittent connection: Move closer to your paired device and away from potential interference sources (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other Bluetooth devices).
