Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before operating the appliance and retain for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Always place the grinder on a stable, flat, and dry surface before operation.
- Ensure the lid is securely closed and locked before powering on the machine. Do not attempt to open the lid while the machine is running.
- The material to be ground must be completely dry, free from moisture and grease. Wet or oily materials can damage the machine and affect grinding performance.
- Do not continuously operate the machine for more than 3 minutes. Allow a rest period of 5-10 minutes after every 3 minutes of grinding to prevent overheating.
- The grinding jar is not detachable and CANNOT be cleaned directly with water. Keep water away from the motor base to prevent damage.
- Do not touch the grinding chamber with bare hands immediately after grinding, as the internal temperature can be very high.
- If the machine's overload protector is triggered (red light off), press the red button a few times until the indicator light comes on to resume use.

Setup
- Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the grinder for any signs of damage.
- Placement: Place the grinder on a stable, dry, and level surface to ensure safe operation.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean and deodorize the grinding chamber by grinding a small amount of rice. Discard the rice powder.
- Secure the Lid: Ensure the lid is correctly positioned and the two rods are pushed to the end until you hear a clear click, triggering the induction switches. Lock the handles on both sides by reversing them to secure the lid tightly.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable 110V electrical outlet. The LED display will light up.

Operating Instructions
- Prepare Materials: Ensure all materials to be ground are completely dry. Wet or oily materials are not recommended as they can stick to the crushing bin and damage the machine.
- Load Materials: Pour the dry materials into the grinding chamber. The material amount should cover the long blades and not exceed two-thirds (2/3) of the crushing bin's capacity to allow for proper grinding.
- Set Grinding Time: Use the Min/Second buttons on the LED display to set your desired grinding time (0-5 minutes adjustable).
- Start Grinding: Press the ON/OFF button to begin the grinding process.
- Achieve Uniformity: During the grinding process, you can gently swing the machine body (swing type) to help make the grinding more uniform and delicate.
- Rest Periods: For optimal performance and machine longevity, do not operate continuously for more than 3 minutes. Allow the machine to rest for 5-10 minutes after every 3 minutes of grinding.
- Check Fineness: After the set time, open the lid and check the fineness of the powder. If a finer powder is desired, grind multiple times or extend the grinding time.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Grinding Jar
- The grinding jar is not detachable and cannot be cleaned directly with water.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to clean up the inside of the jar.
- Wipe the inside of the jar with a dry cloth to remove any remaining powder.
- For a deeper clean, after grinding, add some rice and dried tea to grind, which can greatly help clean the grinding jar.
Replacing Blades
- Unscrew one of the screws and lift it up to jam the blade.
- Drive the wrench or socket counter-clockwise to loosen the locknut on the blades.
- Carefully take out the old blades and replace them with new ones.
Replacing Carbon Brushes
- Use a flattened tip screwdriver to loosen the nut covering the carbon brush.
- Take out the old carbon brush.
- Reinstall the new carbon brush and tighten the nut. Replace both sides together.

Troubleshooting
- Machine not starting: Ensure the lid is completely closed and locked, triggering the induction switches. If the machine is difficult to swing, loosen the blue knob on the side before grinding.
- Overload/Overheat: If the machine stops working due to overload or overheating, the red indicator light will turn off. Press the overload protector button (red button) a few times until the indicator light comes on to reset and resume operation.
- Powder Spillage: If powder spills after starting, it indicates the cover has not been closed completely. Adjust the tightness of the screws on the lid to ensure a secure seal.
