Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the MotionCiser on a flat, stable surface in a comfortable seating area. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for proper ventilation.

Using the Remote Control

• Heat Function: Use the + and - buttons under "Degree of heat" to activate and adjust the heat therapy. The heat function operates between 30°C and 50°C.
• To turn off the device, press the ON/OFF button again.
