2. Safety Instructions

Components:

4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Wash the mixing bowl, dough hook, flat beater, wire whisk, splash guard, spatula, and egg separator in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the non-slip feet are securely gripping the countertop.
  4. Attach Bowl: Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base of the mixer and turn it clockwise until it locks into place.
  5. Install Attachment:
    • Press the tilt-head release button and lift the motor head.
    • Insert the desired attachment (dough hook, flat beater, or wire whisk) into the attachment shaft. Push upwards and turn counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
    • Lower the motor head by pressing the tilt-head release button again and gently pushing the head down until it clicks into position.
  6. Attach Splash Guard: If desired, slide the splash guard onto the mixing bowl after the attachment is installed and the head is lowered.

5. Operating Instructions

The Homlee Stand Mixer features a 6-speed control dial and a pulse function for precise mixing.

  1. Add Ingredients: Place your ingredients into the mixing bowl.
  2. Select Attachment: Choose the appropriate attachment for your recipe (refer to the guide below).
  3. Set Speed: Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting. The blue LED light indicates the current speed.
  4. Start Mixing: Begin mixing at a low speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing.
  5. Pulse Function: For short bursts of power, turn the dial to the 'P' (Pulse) setting and hold. Release to stop.
  6. Stop Mixing: Turn the speed dial to '0' (Off) to stop the mixer.
  7. Remove Bowl and Attachment: Press the tilt-head release button to lift the motor head. Turn the attachment clockwise to release it, then remove the mixing bowl by turning it counter-clockwise.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
