3. Setup

3.1 Eartip Selection and Installation

Proper eartip selection is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise isolation. The Pro X30 comes with 5 pairs of foam eartips and 5 pairs of silicone eartips in various sizes. Experiment with different sizes and materials to find the best fit for your ears.

1. Gently remove the pre-installed eartips from the earphones.
2. Select an eartip size and material that feels comfortable and creates a good seal in your ear canal.
3. Carefully push the chosen eartip onto the nozzle of the earphone until it is securely attached.

3.2 Cable Connection

The Linum Bax T2™ cable features advanced MMCX connectors for a secure and reliable connection to the earphones.

1. Identify the left (blue dot) and right (red dot) earphones and corresponding cable connectors.
2. Align the MMCX connector on the cable with the receptacle on the earphone.
3. Push the connector firmly into the earphone until you feel a click, indicating a secure connection.
4. To disconnect, gently pull the cable connector straight out from the earphone. Avoid twisting or pulling on the cable itself.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wearing the Earphones

The Pro X30 earphones are designed to be worn with the cable routed over and behind your ears for a secure and comfortable fit.

1. Insert the earphone into your ear canal, ensuring a snug seal.
2. Route the cable over the top of your ear and behind it. The moldable wire allows for adjustment to fit the contour of your ear.
3. Adjust the cable length using the slider to ensure a comfortable and secure fit around your neck or back.

4.2 Connecting to an Audio Source

Connect the 3.5mm jack of the Linum Bax T2™ cable to your audio device (e.g., monitor pack, mixer, smartphone, tablet, or computer). Ensure the connection is firm to prevent signal loss.

Note: While the product specifications mention 'Bluetooth' under Wireless Communication Technology, the included cable is wired. For Bluetooth functionality, a separate Bluetooth-enabled MMCX cable (not included) would be required. This manual focuses on the wired operation with the included Linum Bax T2™ cable.

4.3 Volume Control

Adjust the volume directly from your audio source or monitoring device. The Pro X30 earphones do not feature in-line volume controls on the standard Linum Bax T2™ cable.

• Try Different Eartips: Experiment with all included foam and silicone eartips to find the size and material that provides the most comfortable and secure seal for your ear canals.
