5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Battery

5.2 Powering On/Off

6.1 Selecting Measurement Mode
After powering on, press the Mode button to cycle through available measurement modes. The current mode will be indicated on the display.
- Distance Measurement Mode: For measuring the linear distance to a target.
- Speed Measurement Mode: For measuring the speed of a moving object.
6.2 Taking a Measurement
- Look through the eyepiece and aim the crosshairs at your desired target.
- Press the Measurement/Power button once. The laser will activate, and the measurement will be displayed on the screen.
- For speed measurement, ensure the target is moving perpendicular to your line of sight for best results.
Note: The maximum measurement distance may vary depending on the reflectivity of the target object and prevailing weather conditions.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the lens and body of the rangefinder with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry one. Do not use chemical cleaners.
- Storage: When not in use, store the rangefinder in its protective storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% and recharge every few months.
