2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup and Assembly
4.1 Main Glass Jug Assembly
- Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Ensure the blade assembly is securely fastened to the bottom of the glass jug. Turn clockwise until tight.
- Add your ingredients to the glass jug. Do not exceed the maximum fill line (1.5 liters).
- Place the lid securely on the glass jug. Ensure it is properly aligned and locked.
- Place the assembled glass jug onto the motor unit. Rotate it clockwise until it clicks into place. The safety mechanism will prevent operation if not correctly seated.
4.2 Smoothie Bottle Assembly
- Add ingredients to the smoothie bottle. Do not overfill.
- Screw the smoothie blade assembly onto the open end of the smoothie bottle until securely tightened.
- Invert the assembled smoothie bottle and place it onto the motor unit. Rotate clockwise until it locks into position.
4.3 Coffee/Herb Grinder Assembly
- Place the desired amount of coffee beans or herbs into the small glass cup of the grinder attachment.
- Screw the grinder blade assembly onto the glass cup until securely tightened.
- Invert the assembled grinder and place it onto the motor unit. Rotate clockwise until it locks into position.
5. Operating Instructions
Before operating, ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet (220V).

5.1 Basic Blending (Main Glass Jug)
- After assembling the glass jug with ingredients (refer to Section 4.1), plug in the blender. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Use the + SPEED and - SPEED buttons to select your desired blending speed. The display will show the current speed level.
- Press the START button to begin blending.
- To stop blending, press the STOP button.
- For timed blending, press the TIME button and adjust the duration using the speed buttons, then press START.
- The MENU button may offer pre-programmed settings for specific tasks (e.g., smoothie, ice crush). Consult the display for available options.

5.2 Using the Smoothie Bottle
- Assemble the smoothie bottle with ingredients and blade assembly (refer to Section 4.2).
- Place the inverted bottle onto the motor unit and lock it.
- Select desired speed or a pre-programmed smoothie setting via the MENU button.
- Press START to begin blending.
- Once blending is complete, press STOP, unlock and remove the bottle. Replace the blade assembly with the drinking lid (if provided).

5.3 Using the Coffee/Herb Grinder
- Assemble the grinder with ingredients (refer to Section 4.3).
- Place the inverted grinder onto the motor unit and lock it.
- Select a low to medium speed setting. Grinding typically requires short bursts.
- Press START for short intervals (pulse function) until desired consistency is achieved.
- Press STOP, unlock and remove the grinder.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your Sencor Blender.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or rinse it under running water.
- Glass Jug, Smoothie Bottle, Grinder Cups: These parts can be washed with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Blade Assemblies: Exercise extreme caution when cleaning the blades as they are very sharp. Use a brush to remove food residue. Rinse under running water. Some parts may be dishwasher safe; refer to specific product markings or the full manual for confirmation.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
