Controls and Indicators:

Setup

Charging the Device:

1. Before first use, fully charge the massage gun.
2. Connect the charging adapter to the charging port on the device.
3. Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
4. The battery level indicator lights will illuminate to show charging progress. All lights will be solid when fully charged.
5. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours and provides up to 4 hours of runtime.

Attaching/Removing Massage Heads:

1. Ensure the massage gun is turned off before attaching or removing any massage head.
2. To attach, gently push the desired massage head into the opening at the front of the gun until it is securely seated.
3. To remove, firmly pull the massage head straight out from the opening. Do not twist.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off and Adjusting Speed:

1. To turn on the device, press and hold the Power On/Off button for a few seconds. The device will start at the lowest speed setting.
2. To increase the speed, press the Power On/Off button repeatedly. There are 5 speed settings available.
3. To turn off the device, press and hold the Power On/Off button for a few seconds until the device stops.

Application:

• Select the appropriate massage head for the target muscle group.
• Turn on the device and select a comfortable speed setting.
• Gently press the massage head against the muscle. Move the device slowly over the muscle, applying light to moderate pressure.
• Avoid pressing too hard or staying in one spot for too long (more than 60 seconds).
• Do not use on bony areas, joints, or the head/neck.
• For pre-workout muscle activation, use briefly on target muscles. For post-workout recovery, use for longer durations on fatigued muscles.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

• Ensure the device is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
• Wipe the surface of the massage gun with a slightly damp, soft cloth.
• For massage heads, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary, then rinse and air dry completely before reattaching.
