This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your GreenLife 6QT Ceramic Slow Cooker. Designed for healthy cooking, this programmable appliance features a removable, PFAS-free ceramic nonstick pot suitable for stovetop and oven use, a digital timer, and a keep warm function.

Important Safety Information
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before operating the slow cooker.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the base unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.

- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as adding cold food to a hot pot.
Product Components
- Base Unit: Houses the heating element and control panel.
- Removable Ceramic Nonstick Pot: The inner cooking vessel, safe for stovetop and oven use.
- Tempered Glass Lid: Allows monitoring of cooking progress.
Setup
- Unpack the slow cooker and all its components. Remove any packaging materials and labels.
- Wash the removable ceramic nonstick pot and tempered glass lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.
- Place the clean, dry ceramic pot into the base unit. Ensure it is seated properly.
- Place the tempered glass lid on top of the ceramic pot.
Operating Instructions
The GreenLife Slow Cooker features an intuitive digital control panel for easy operation.

Control Panel Overview:
- On/Off Button: Powers the unit on or off.
- Dial: Used to set cooking time and delay time.
- Mode Button: Cycles through cooking modes: Low, Medium, High.
- Delay Timer Button: Activates and sets the delay start function.
- Keep Warm Button: Activates the keep warm function.
Basic Operation:
- Plug the slow cooker into a standard electrical outlet. The display will show '00:00'.
- Press the On/Off button to turn the unit on.
- Turn the Dial to set your desired cooking time, from 30 minutes up to 20 hours.
- Press the Mode button to select your desired cooking temperature: Low, Medium, or High. The selected mode will illuminate on the display.
- The slow cooker will begin cooking after a few seconds.
Using the Delay Timer:
The delay timer allows you to program the slow cooker to start cooking at a later time.
- After setting the cook time and mode, press the Delay Timer button.
- Turn the Dial to set the desired delay time (up to 10 hours).
- The delay timer will count down, and then the slow cooker will automatically begin cooking at the previously set time and mode.
Keep Warm Function:
The slow cooker automatically switches to the Keep Warm function for up to 4 hours after the cooking cycle is complete. You can also manually activate it.
- To manually activate, press the Keep Warm button.
Versatile Pot Use:
The removable ceramic nonstick pot is designed for versatility. It can be used directly on most stovetops for searing or sautéing ingredients before slow cooking, and it is also oven-safe up to 350°F.

Maintenance & Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your slow cooker.
- Always unplug the slow cooker from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The removable ceramic nonstick pot and the tempered glass lid are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the pot in warm, soapy water before washing.
- Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the base unit in water.
- Avoid using metal utensils or abrasive scouring pads on the ceramic nonstick surface to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your GreenLife Slow Cooker, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Appliance not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functional electrical outlet. Check that the control dial is turned from the 'Off' position and the 'On/Off' button has been pressed.
- Food not heating or cooking properly: Verify that the correct cooking mode (Low, Medium, or High) and desired cooking time have been selected. If using the Delay Timer, ensure the delay period has elapsed before expecting the cooking cycle to begin.
- Food sticking to the pot: Although the pot features a nonstick ceramic coating, ensure sufficient liquid or oil is used as per recipe instructions. Avoid using metal utensils that can scratch the nonstick surface.
- Exterior of the unit feels warm: It is normal for the exterior of the slow cooker to become warm during operation. Always use the handles when moving the appliance.
