Safety Instructions

  • Always ensure the clippers are turned off before attaching or removing guide combs, cleaning, or performing maintenance.
  • Do not immerse the clippers in water or any other liquid.
  • Keep the clippers away from children and pets when not in use.
  • Use only the provided charging cord and stand.
  • Do not operate the clippers if the blades are damaged or bent, as this may cause injury to your pet.
  • Avoid dropping the clippers, as this can damage internal components.
  • If the clippers become excessively hot during use, turn them off and allow them to cool down before continuing.

Setup

1. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the clippers. Connect the charging cord to the charging stand and plug it into a power outlet. Place the clippers onto the charging stand. The LCD display will indicate charging status and battery percentage. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.

2. Prepare Your Pet: Ensure your pet's coat is clean, dry, and free of tangles or mats. Brushing your pet thoroughly before grooming will help the clippers glide smoothly and prevent snagging.

3. Attach Guide Comb: Select the desired guide comb based on the length of hair you wish to leave. Align the comb with the clipper blade and snap it securely into place. For heavy matted coats, it is recommended to use the clippers without a guard for the first trim to remove bulk, then attach a guard for desired length in subsequent grooming sessions.

2. Select Speed: The clippers offer two speed settings: 6000 RPM and 6500 RPM. Press the speed selection button to toggle between the two speeds. For pets sensitive to noise, start with the lower speed (6000 RPM). Once your pet is accustomed to the sound, you may switch to the higher speed (6500 RPM) for faster grooming, especially for thicker coats.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your clippers and ensure optimal performance.

  • After Each Use: Turn off the clippers. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any hair caught in the blades.
  • Blade Oiling: Apply a few drops of the included blade oil to the blades after each cleaning. Turn the clippers on for a few seconds to distribute the oil evenly. This lubricates the blades and prevents rust.
  • Note on Blades: The stainless steel blades on this model are not detachable. Do not attempt to remove them.
  • Storage: Store the clippers and all accessories in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
