Setup and Installation

The Fookoo Wireless Backup Camera System is designed for easy installation. The wireless signal transmission between the cameras and monitor eliminates the need for complex wiring between them, simplifying the setup process.

Pre-Installation Test:

Before permanent installation, it is highly recommended to test all components to ensure they are functioning correctly and paired. Connect the monitor and cameras to a temporary 12-24V DC power supply.

Monitor Installation:

1. Choose a suitable location on your dashboard or windshield that does not obstruct your view while driving.
2. Attach the chosen bracket (Fan-shaped, Upgrade, or U-shaped) to the monitor.
3. Secure the monitor to your desired location using the appropriate mounting hardware.
4. Connect the monitor to a 12-24V DC power source. This can be done via the included car charger or by hardwiring it to your vehicle's power system.

Camera Installation:

1. Identify the optimal mounting location for each camera. For rear cameras, this is typically at the back of the vehicle, ensuring a clear view.
2. Securely attach the camera using the provided installation kits. The hard metal housing ensures durability.
3. Connect each camera to a 12-24V DC power source. Cameras require a power connection to operate.
4. If your RV is Furrion pre-wired, a bracket adapter is available (please contact Fookoo support if needed) to easily install the camera without uninstalling the pre-wired mount.

Note: "Wireless" refers to the signal transmission between the camera and monitor, not the power supply. Both the monitor and cameras require a power connection.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off:

Once connected to power, the monitor will automatically power on. To manually power off, press the 'POWER' button on the monitor. Press it again to power on.

Split Screen Functionality:

The 10-inch monitor supports dual or quad split screen modes, allowing you to view feeds from multiple cameras simultaneously. Use the 'SEL' (Select) or 'CH' (Channel) buttons on the monitor to cycle through different display modes (single camera, dual split, quad split) based on your installed cameras.

Loop Recording:

The system is equipped with a loop recording feature that continuously records and saves the displayed video feeds. When the included 32GB SD card becomes full, the system will automatically overwrite the oldest video segments to ensure continuous recording.
