4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the washing machine from its packaging. It is normal for there to be residual water inside the machine due to factory testing procedures.
4.2 Placement
Place the machine on a firm, level surface to ensure stable operation. Ensure adequate space around the unit for ventilation and access to controls.
4.3 Connecting Water Inlet
Connect the water inlet hose to a faucet. The machine includes a water inlet on the left side of the control panel. You may use a bucket to add water if a direct faucet connection is not feasible.
4.4 Setting up the Drain Hose
Position the drain hose to allow for gravity drainage. Ensure the hose is lower than the bottom of the washer for effective water removal. Do not submerge the drain hose in water.

5.1 Control Panel Overview
The control panel features three knobs: Soak/Wash Time, Wash Selector (Gentle/Normal/Drain), and Spin Time.

5.2 Washing Cycle
- Add clothes and laundry detergent to the wash tub.
- Connect the faucet and use the water inlet on the left side of the control panel, or use a bucket, to add water to the desired level.
- Plug in the power cord.
- Set the Wash Selector program to NORMAL or GENTLE.
- Turn the Wash Time knob to the desired time (up to 15 minutes). The machine will begin washing.
5.3 Rinsing and Draining
- When the wash cycle is complete, set the Wash Selector program to DRAIN to remove the dirty water.
- Add water again and repeat steps 3-4 times to rinse clothes thoroughly.
5.4 Spinning Cycle
- Transfer wet clothes to the spin dryer tub.
- Press clothes firmly with the white spin cap to prevent small items from spinning out and falling to the bottom. Balance the clothes evenly in the spin tub.
- Turn the Spin Time knob to the desired time (up to 5 minutes). The spin dryer will start. The spin dryer can remove 70-80% of the water.
- The Spin Timer will start the drain pump, so there is no need to change the Wash Selector mode to DRAIN during spinning.

7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not start | Not plugged in; power outage; timer not set. | Check power connection; ensure power is on; set timer. |
| Water not draining | Drain hose is too high; drain hose is clogged; drain pump overheating. | Ensure drain hose is lower than machine base; clear any clogs; allow pump to cool for 30-60 minutes. |
| Excessive vibration/noise during spin | Clothes are unbalanced in spin tub; machine is on an uneven surface. | Rearrange clothes evenly in spin tub; place machine on a level surface. |
| Clothes still very wet after spin | Spin time too short; clothes overloaded; spin cap not used. | Increase spin time; reduce load size; ensure spin cap is used and clothes are pressed down. |
