Troubleshooting

If your Clorox Air Purifier is not operating as expected, please review the following general troubleshooting tips:

  • No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the unit and a working electrical outlet.
  • Reduced Airflow: Check if the filter needs replacement. A clogged filter can significantly reduce airflow.
  • Unusual Noise: Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface. Check if the filter is correctly installed.
  • Air Quality Sensor: If the air quality indicator light consistently shows 'hazardous' (Maroon), consider increasing the fan speed or replacing the filter.
