3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the device and to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or computer USB port. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours. The display will show the battery percentage.
3.2 Power On/Off
To power on the device, long press the power button located on the back for 3 seconds. To power off, long press the same button for 3 seconds.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Sound Selection
The device offers 32 soothing sounds categorized into Yoga music, Alpha brainwave music, and various White Noise/Melodious sounds. Use the dedicated touch buttons on the top panel to cycle through the sound categories and individual sounds within each category.

4.2 Volume Adjustment
Adjust the volume using the volume up and volume down touch buttons on the control panel. There are 20 levels of adjustable volume.
4.3 Night Light Operation
Activate the night light feature by pressing the light button. Cycle through 7 different colors and 3 adjustable brightness levels. You can also select between breathing light mode (colors fade in and out) or constant light mode.

4.4 Timer Settings
Set an auto-off timer for 15, 30, or 60 minutes using the timer button. The device can also play continuously for up to 10 hours by default.

4.5 Headphone Use
For private listening, plug any standard 3.5mm headphones into the headphone jack located on the back of the device. Ensure safe listening levels to protect against noise-induced hearing loss.
