4. Setup Guide

4.1. Initial Power On and Network Connection

  1. Charge the Device: Before first use, ensure the YoloBox Pro is fully charged using the provided power adapter. The 10,000mAh battery provides over 4 hours of operation.
  2. Power On: Press and hold the power button until the screen illuminates.
  3. Network Connection: Connect to the internet via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or 4G LTE (requires a SIM card with an active data plan). A stable internet connection is crucial for live streaming.
  4. Software Updates: Upon initial setup, connect to the internet and check for any available software updates to ensure you have the latest features and bug fixes.

4.2. Connecting Video Sources

The YoloBox Pro supports multiple video inputs for multi-camera productions.

  • HDMI Cameras: Connect up to three HDMI cameras to the HDMI IN 1, HDMI IN 2, and HDMI IN 3 ports.
  • USB Cameras: Connect a USB camera to the USB port.
  • USB-C Devices: Connect compatible USB-C video sources to the USB-C port.
  • SD Card Video: Load pre-recorded videos from an SD card inserted into the SD card slot.
  • NDI Signal: The device supports one NDI signal input.

4.3. Connecting Audio Sources

Ensure clear audio for your live stream.

  • Mic-in: For connecting a microphone.
  • Line-in: For connecting an audio mixer or other line-level audio sources.
  • HDMI Audio: Audio embedded in HDMI signals will also be captured.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Navigating the Touchscreen Interface

5.2. Setting Up a Live Stream

  1. Create a New Event: On the main screen, tap the '+' icon to create a new live stream event.
  2. Add Video Sources: Select your connected HDMI, USB, or SD card video sources. You can switch between these sources during the live stream.
  3. Configure Destinations: Choose your streaming platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, custom RTMP). The YoloBox Pro allows simultaneous streaming to up to three platforms.
  4. Adjust Settings: Configure resolution, bitrate, and other stream parameters as needed.
  5. Go Live: Once all settings are configured, tap the "Go Live" button to start your broadcast.

5.3. Advanced Features

  • Picture-in-Picture (PiP) & Side-by-Side: Combine multiple video sources on one screen.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. For the touchscreen, use a screen-specific cleaner if necessary. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
  • Storage: Store the YoloBox Pro in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.

7. Troubleshooting
