7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Heater does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power switch off; no power at outlet; safety cut-out activated. | Check power cord connection; ensure main control knob is on a heat setting; check household fuse/circuit breaker; unplug, wait 10 minutes, then plug in again. |
| No heat, only fan operates. | Main control knob set to fan-only mode; thermostat set too low. | Turn main control knob to a heat setting (Low Heat or High Heat); increase thermostat setting. |
| Heater produces unusual noise. | Dust accumulation on fan blades; loose internal component. | Clean the anti-dust filter and fan area (ensure unit is unplugged); if noise persists, contact customer support. |
| Heater smells burnt. | Dust on heating elements; new unit initial burn-off. | Unplug immediately. Clean dust from elements (when cool). If new, a slight smell is normal for first few uses. If smell persists or is strong, discontinue use and contact support. |
