Please read this instruction manual thoroughly before operating your Livoo DOM456 Water and Ice Dispenser. Keep this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Ensure the appliance is connected to a grounded power outlet with the correct voltage.
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Keep the appliance away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

- Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Only use potable water in the water reservoir.

2. Product Overview
The Livoo DOM456 is a versatile appliance designed to provide both chilled water and ice cubes. Familiarize yourself with its components before use.

2.1 Main Components
- Control Panel: Features buttons for water dispensing, ice size selection (small/large), and power on/off.
- Water Dispenser Nozzle: For dispensing chilled water.
- Ice Dispenser Nozzle: For dispensing ice cubes.
- Drip Tray: Collects any spills from dispensing.
- Water Reservoir: Internal tank for holding water to be chilled and converted to ice. (Capacity: 2.1 Liters)

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging.
- Remove all packing materials, tapes, and labels.
- Check for any damage during transit. If damaged, do not operate and contact your retailer.
3.2 Placement
- Place the dispenser on a stable, level surface.
- Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides).
- Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
3.3 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean the internal components.
- Remove the water reservoir and ice scoop.
- Wash the water reservoir, ice scoop, and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the interior of the ice storage compartment with a damp cloth.
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth.

3.4 Filling the Water Reservoir
- Open the top lid of the appliance.
- Carefully fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
- Close the top lid securely.
3.5 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance is now ready for operation.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off
- Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel to turn the appliance on or off.
- The indicator light will illuminate when the unit is on.
4.2 Making Ice
- Ensure the water reservoir is filled.
- Press the SMALL or LARGE button to select your desired ice cube size. The corresponding indicator will light up.
- The ice making cycle will begin automatically. The first batch of ice may take longer to produce.
- For the first 3-4 cycles, it is recommended to discard the ice produced to ensure optimal hygiene and performance.
- The appliance will automatically stop making ice when the ice storage compartment is full or when the water level is low.
4.3 Dispensing Water
- Place a glass or cup under the water dispenser nozzle.
- Press the WATER button on the control panel.
- Release the button when the desired amount of water has been dispensed.
4.4 Dispensing Ice
- Place a glass or cup under the ice dispenser nozzle.
- Press the ICE button (if available, or use the designated lever/button near the nozzle if not on main panel). (Note: Based on image 2.2, there is no explicit 'ICE' button on the main panel. The user would likely press the lever under the ice nozzle.)
- Release the button/lever when the desired amount of ice has been dispensed.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your appliance.

5.1 Daily Cleaning
- Empty and clean the drip tray daily with warm, soapy water.
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth.
5.2 Weekly Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance.
- Remove and thoroughly clean the water reservoir and ice scoop with warm, soapy water. Rinse well.
- Wipe the interior of the ice storage compartment and around the dispenser nozzles with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and plugging in the appliance.
5.3 Descaling (Monthly or as needed)
Mineral deposits from water can build up over time. Descale the appliance to maintain efficiency.
- Unplug the appliance and drain any remaining water.
- Prepare a descaling solution (e.g., a mixture of water and white vinegar, or a commercial descaling agent suitable for ice makers). Follow the descaling product's instructions.
- Pour the solution into the water reservoir.
- Run several ice-making cycles with the descaling solution. Discard all ice produced during this process.
- Drain the solution and rinse the reservoir thoroughly with clean water.
- Run several cycles with clean water to flush out any residual descaling solution. Discard this water and ice.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following table before contacting customer support.
