Setup and Installation

Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully unbox the unit. Ensure all parts listed in the packing contents are present and undamaged. The package should include the washer-dryer unit, drain hose, fill hose, and power cord.

Removing Shipping Rods

Before operating the appliance, it is crucial to remove the shipping rods located at the back of the unit. Failure to do so will cause excessive vibration and potential damage during operation. Use a 13mm spanner to loosen the shipping bolts, then tilt them up and remove the rods. Cover the holes with the provided hub caps.

Leveling the Unit

Place the unit on a firm, level surface. Use the adjustable leveling feet at the bottom of the appliance to ensure it is perfectly balanced. An unbalanced unit can lead to excessive noise and vibration during operation.

Water and Power Connections

Drying Modes: Vented vs. Ventless

This unit offers both vented (hot air exhaust) and ventless (condensing) drying options. Vented drying is approximately 30% faster. Maintenance and Care

HE Detergent Use

Always use High-Efficiency (HE) detergent for optimal performance and to prevent oversudsing. The washer dispenser is designed for single-compartment HE detergent only. Using non-HE detergent can lead to excessive suds, poor washing results, and potential damage to the machine.

Coin Trap Cleaning
