Removing Shipping Rods
Before operating the appliance, it is crucial to remove the shipping rods located at the back of the unit. Failure to do so will cause excessive vibration and potential damage during operation. Use a 13mm spanner to loosen the shipping bolts, then tilt them up and remove the rods. Cover the holes with the provided hub caps.

Maintenance and Care
HE Detergent Use
Always use High-Efficiency (HE) detergent for optimal performance and to prevent oversudsing. The washer dispenser is designed for single-compartment HE detergent only. Using non-HE detergent can lead to excessive suds, poor washing results, and potential damage to the machine.
Coin Trap Cleaning
Regularly check and clean the easy-to-open coin trap located at the bottom front of the unit. This prevents blockages and ensures efficient drainage. Refer to the full user manual for detailed instructions on accessing and cleaning the coin trap.

Self-Clean Cycle
Utilize the built-in Self-Clean cycle periodically to maintain the cleanliness of the drum and prevent odor buildup. This cycle helps remove detergent residue and other deposits.
Winterize Cycle
For periods of non-use or in cold climates where the unit might be exposed to freezing temperatures, use the quick 2-minute Winterize cycle. This cycle helps drain water from the system to protect the appliance from freezing and potential damage.
Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
| Issue | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Unit not spinning or "dancing" during operation. | Ensure all shipping rods have been completely removed from the back of the unit. Refer to the 'Removing Shipping Rods' section for detailed instructions. Also, verify the unit is perfectly level using the adjustable feet. |
| Clothes remain damp after drying. | Check if the correct drying mode (Vented or Ventless) is selected. Vented drying is generally faster. Ensure the vent hose is not kinked or blocked if using vented mode. For ventless mode, ensure the metal vent cover is properly installed. Also, avoid overloading the machine; smaller loads dry more efficiently. |
| Water spewing from the door. | Ensure the unit is level. An unbalanced machine can cause water leaks during the spin cycle. Also, check that the door is securely closed before starting a cycle. |
| Unpleasant odor in laundry. | Regularly run the Self-Clean cycle. Ensure you are using HE detergent and not overloading the machine. Leave the door slightly ajar after use to allow the drum to air out. |
| Error codes (e.g., E16, E5). | Refer to the official User Manual (PDF) for a comprehensive list of error codes and their specific troubleshooting steps. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
