Ensure the projector is positioned on a stable, level surface or securely mounted to a ceiling bracket. Maintain adequate ventilation space around the projector to prevent overheating.

4.2 Connections

Connect your input devices to the projector using the appropriate ports.

  • HDMI: The projector includes dual HDMI inputs for connecting digital video and audio sources. Use an HDMI cable to connect your device (e.g., laptop, Blu-ray player) to an HDMI port on the projector.
  • USB: Connect USB devices for media playback or other functions as supported.
  • Network: For wired network connectivity, connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN port. Optional wireless network connectivity requires the NP05LM1 wireless adapter (sold separately).
  • RGB Signal Cable: Use the provided RGB signal cable for analog video connections.

4.3 Power On/Off

  • Power On: Connect the power cord to the projector and a power outlet. Press the power button on the projector or remote control. The projector will initiate a quick startup sequence.
  • Power Off: Press the power button again. A confirmation message may appear; press the power button a second time to confirm shutdown. Allow the projector to cool down completely before unplugging or moving it.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation

  • Source Selection: Use the 'Input' or 'Source' button on the remote control or projector control panel to cycle through available input sources (HDMI1, HDMI2, RGB, etc.).
  • Volume Control: Adjust the audio volume using the dedicated volume buttons on the remote control. The powerful 16W speaker provides sufficient volume for medium-sized rooms.
  • Menu Navigation: Access the projector's on-screen display (OSD) menu using the 'Menu' button. Navigate through options using the arrow keys and confirm selections with the 'Enter' button.

5.2 MultiPresenter Functionality

The built-in MultiPresenter functionality allows for screen sharing from up to 16 devices simultaneously via a wired or wireless connection (wireless requires NP05LM1). This feature is compatible with Windows, MAC, Android, and iOS devices and does not require internet access or a WAN connection.

  • To use MultiPresenter: Ensure your device is connected to the same network as the projector (wired or via the optional wireless adapter). Launch the MultiPresenter application on your device and follow the on-screen instructions to connect and share your screen.

5.3 Image Adjustment

  • Focus and Zoom: Adjust the focus and zoom rings on the projector lens to achieve a clear and appropriately sized image.
  • Digital Keystone and Cornerstone Correction: Use the OSD menu to access digital keystone and cornerstone correction features. These functions help ensure the image fills the screen properly, even when the projector is placed at an angle.

5.4 ECO Mode™

Activate ECO Mode™ through the OSD menu to maximize lamp life and reduce power consumption. This mode adjusts lamp brightness to conserve energy and extend the operational lifespan of the lamp.
