Starting and Stopping the Treadmill

  1. Attach Safety Key: Ensure the safety key is properly attached to the console and clipped to your clothing.
  2. Power On: Press the START/STOP button to begin. The treadmill will typically start at a low speed after a brief countdown.
  3. Adjust Speed: Use the SPEED +/- buttons to increase or decrease the running speed (range: 0.5-6.5 MPH).
