1.1 What's in the Box

1.2 Device Overview
The HW807 armband features an optical sensor for accurate heart rate measurement and an LED indicator for heart rate zones. It is designed for comfort and ease of use during various fitness activities.

1.3 Wearing the Armband
For optimal accuracy, wear the armband on your upper forearm or bicep. Ensure the sensor is snug against your skin but not uncomfortably tight. The optical sensor should be positioned on the fleshy part of your arm, away from major bones.

2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Power On/Off
To power on the device, press and hold the power button located on the sensor until the LED indicator lights up. To power off, press and hold the button again until the LED turns off.
2.2 Connecting to Devices
The COOSPO HW807 supports both Bluetooth 4.0 and ANT+ connectivity, allowing it to pair with a wide range of fitness devices and applications.
- Smartphones & Tablets: Activate Bluetooth on your device. Open your preferred fitness app (e.g., CooSpo Heartool, Runkeeper, Strava, Polar Beat, Wahoo Fitness, Zwift, DDP Yoga) and navigate to the sensor pairing section. Select the HW807 from the list of available devices.
- GPS Bike Computers & Smartwatches: Ensure your bike computer or smartwatch supports Bluetooth or ANT+. Go to the sensor settings on your device and search for heart rate sensors. Select the HW807 to pair. Compatible devices include Garmin Edge Series, Garmin Forerunner Series, Garmin Fenix Series, and Wahoo sport watches.
- Fitness Equipment: The HW807 can connect to various fitness equipment compatible with BLE and ANT+, such as Concept2, Nordic treadmill, Bowflex Max Trainer, Pro-Form treadmill, and iFIT.

2.3 Heart Rate Zone LED Indicator
The built-in LED light provides real-time visual feedback on your current heart rate zone, helping you optimize your training intensity:
- Blue: <60% of Max HR
- Green: 61%-70% of Max HR
- Yellow: 71%-80% of Max HR
- Magenta: 81%-90% of Max HR
- Red: 91%-100% of Max HR

2.4 Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
The HW807 supports Heart Rate Variability (HRV) function, which can provide insights into your recovery and overall physiological state. This data can be accessed through compatible fitness applications.
3. Maintenance
3.1 Cleaning
After each use, gently wipe the sensor with a soft, damp cloth. The armband can be hand-washed with mild soap and water. Ensure both the sensor and armband are completely dry before storing or recharging.
3.2 Charging
The HW807 features magnetic charging. Connect the provided charging cable to the sensor and a USB power source (PC or DC 5V charger). A full charge provides approximately 20 hours of usage.

3.3 Storage

4. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Ensure the device is fully charged. If the battery is low, connect it to the charging cable.
- Cannot connect to app/device:
- Confirm Bluetooth/ANT+ is enabled on your receiving device.
- Ensure the HW807 is powered on and within range.
- Close and reopen the fitness app or restart your receiving device.
- Check if the sensor is already paired with another device. Disconnect if necessary.
- Inaccurate heart rate readings:
- Ensure the armband is worn snugly on your upper forearm or bicep, with the sensor making good contact with your skin.
- Clean the optical sensor to remove any dirt or sweat residue.
- Avoid excessive movement or vibrations that might interfere with the optical sensor.
- LED indicator not working: Check the device's battery level. If the battery is critically low, the LED may not function correctly.
