5. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Playing a VHS Tape

  2. Insert a VHS tape into the VCR slot. The unit may automatically begin playback.
  3. If playback does not start automatically, press the PLAY button on the unit or remote.
  4. Use the STOP, PAUSE, REW (rewind), and FFWD (fast forward) buttons on the remote or unit to control playback.

6.2. Playing a DVD

  1. Ensure the unit is powered on and connected to your TV.
  2. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the DVD tray.
  3. Place a DVD disc onto the tray with the label side facing up.
  4. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button again to close the tray. The disc will load, and playback may begin automatically.

  6. Use the remote control for menu navigation and playback controls.

6.3. Recording VHS to DVD

This unit allows you to transfer content from a VHS tape to a blank recordable DVD.

  1. Insert the VHS tape you wish to record into the VCR slot.
  2. Insert a blank recordable DVD (e.g., DVD-R, DVD-RW) into the DVD tray.

  4. Begin playback of the VHS tape.
