Maintenance

Cleaning

Switch Replacement

The Z-88 PRO features hot-swappable switches, allowing for easy replacement without soldering:

1. Use the provided switch puller to carefully grip and pull the faulty switch straight up from the PCB.
2. Align the pins of the new switch (from the spare switches provided) with the corresponding holes on the PCB.
3. Gently press the new switch into place until it clicks securely. Ensure it is seated correctly and functions before replacing the keycap.

Water Resistance

While the keyboard is designed to be water-resistant, avoid submerging it or exposing it to excessive liquids. In case of spills, immediately disconnect the keyboard from your computer and allow it to dry completely in a well-ventilated area before re-use.
