3. Setup

3.1. Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the handset.
  2. Insert the two supplied AAA rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3.2. Connecting the Base Unit

  1. Connect the AC power adapter to the base unit and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
  2. Connect the telephone line cord to the base unit and then plug it into your telephone wall jack.
  3. Place the handset on the base unit to charge the batteries. Allow at least 7 hours for the initial charge. The charge indicator on the handset will illuminate.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Making a Call

  1. Lift the handset from the base or press the Talk button (green phone icon).
  2. Dial the phone number.
  3. Press the End Call button (red phone icon) or place the handset back on the base to end the call.
