Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No display or dim display. | Batteries are low or incorrectly inserted. | Replace batteries with new AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. |
| Time is incorrect or not synchronizing. | Poor DCF radio signal reception; interference from other electronics. | Move the clock to a different location, preferably near a window and away from electronic devices. Allow time for re-synchronization. If persistent, set time manually. |
| Alarm does not sound. | Alarm is not activated. Alarm time is incorrectly set. | Ensure the alarm is switched to "ON" (alarm icon visible). Verify the alarm time setting. |
| Temperature reading seems inaccurate. | Clock recently moved to a new environment; sensor blocked. | Allow the clock to stabilize in its new environment for at least 30 minutes. Ensure the ventilation openings are not blocked. |
