4. Setup Guide

1. Unscrew the Oil Bottle: Gently twist and remove the empty 100ml oil bottle from the bottom of the diffuser unit.
2. Fill with Essential Oil: Carefully pour your preferred pure essential oil into the empty bottle. Do not overfill.
3. Reattach the Oil Bottle: Screw the filled oil bottle back into the diffuser unit, ensuring it is securely tightened to prevent leaks.
4. Power On: Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet and connect it to the diffuser. The device will power on automatically.
5. Placement: Place the diffuser in a well-ventilated area. It can be wall-mounted or placed on a flat surface. Ensure the diffuser remains upright for optimal performance.

The JCLOUD Smart Scent Air Machine offers both manual control via buttons on the unit and advanced control through a smartphone app.

5.1 Manual Operation

The diffuser has two sets of buttons for Grade (fragrance intensity) and Mode (operation time).

• Grade Button (Top Row): Adjusts the fragrance release frequency. Each press cycles through different intensity levels (Grade 1 to Grade 10, or similar, depending on model variant). Higher grades mean shorter pause times between sprays, leading to a stronger scent.
• Mode Button (Bottom Row): Controls the diffuser's operating schedule.
  • 12h Mode: Works for 12 hours (e.g., 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily), then repeats.
  • 24h Mode: Works continuously around the clock.
  • Smart Mode: Utilizes a light sensor to operate only in daylight or with sufficient artificial light. It pauses diffusing when it detects darkness.
• Default Operation (without app): If not connected to the app, the machine operates on a default cycle: works for 3 seconds, pauses for 630 seconds, then repeats.

6. App Control (Bluetooth)

For enhanced control and customization, download the dedicated smartphone application.

1. Download the App: Search for "Scent Marketing" in your device's app store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS).
2. Connect via Bluetooth: Open the app and follow the instructions to connect to your JCLOUD diffuser via Bluetooth.
3. Set Working Schedule: Within the app, you can precisely set the working time and days for the diffuser.
4. Adjust Scent Grade: Fine-tune the scent intensity to your preference using the app's interface.
5. Default Password: The app's default password for connecting to the device is 8888. It is recommended to change this password after initial setup.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Refilling Essential Oil

When the oil level is low, simply unscrew the bottle, refill it with your desired pure essential oil, and screw it back into the unit. The transparent design of the bottle allows for easy monitoring of oil levels.

7.2 Cleaning the Diffuser

To maintain optimal performance and prevent clogging of the atomization head:

• If diffusion is weak or absent, replace the essential oil with rubbing alcohol.
• Run the diffuser with rubbing alcohol for approximately 5 minutes to clean the internal components and atomization head.
• After cleaning, replace the rubbing alcohol with your essential oil.

8. Troubleshooting

• No Diffusion or Weak Scent:
  • Ensure the diffuser is powered on.
  • Check if the atomization head is blocked. Clean the machine by running rubbing alcohol through it for 5 minutes.

  • The pump may be damaged. Contact customer support if issues persist.
• Oil Leaking:
  • Ensure the oil bottle is screwed in properly and straight.
  • Check if the seal is broken or missing. Replace with the supplied seal.
