4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

1. Open the battery compartment latch on the side of the camera.
2. Insert 8 AA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Close the battery compartment securely to ensure waterproof sealing.

4.2 SD Card Insertion

1. Locate the SD card slot, usually near the battery compartment.
2. Insert the provided 32GB Micro SD card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
3. To remove, gently push the card in until it springs out.

4.3 Mounting the Camera

The camera can be mounted using the provided strap or the mounting bracket and screws.

• Using the Strap: Thread the mounting strap through the slots on the back of the camera and secure it around a tree or pole.
• Using the Mounting Bracket: Attach the mounting bracket to a flat surface using the screws. Then, attach the camera to the bracket.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

• To power on, slide the mode switch from OFF to SETUP or ON.
• To power off, slide the mode switch to OFF.

5.2 Mode Selection

The camera typically has three modes: OFF, SETUP, and ON.

• OFF: Camera is powered off.
• SETUP: Allows you to access the menu, change settings, and view captured media on the camera's screen.
• ON: The camera is active and will capture photos/videos based on your settings when motion is detected. The screen will turn off to conserve power.

5.3 Connecting via Mobile App (WiFi & Bluetooth)
