Setup

Assembly and First Use

Attaching the Blender Stick

1. Align the blender stick with the motor unit.
2. Twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.
3. To detach, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.

Attaching the Chopper

2. Place the chopper lid onto the chopping bowl, ensuring it's securely seated.
3. Align the motor unit with the chopper lid and twist clockwise until it locks.
4. To detach, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.

Attaching the Whisk and Milk Frother

1. Insert the whisk or milk frother into its respective adapter.
2. Align the adapter with the motor unit and twist clockwise until it locks.
3. To detach, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

1. Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and plugged into a power outlet (110V).
2. Place ingredients into the mixing beaker or a suitable container.
3. Immerse the blender stick (or other attachment) into the ingredients.
4. Select the desired speed using the 12-speed control dial on top of the motor unit.
5. Press button "I" for normal speed or button "II" for turbo speed.
6. Move the blender up and down gently for even blending.
7. Release the button to stop operation.
8. Unplug the appliance after use.
