Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Placement: Place the unit on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 5 inches of space on all sides). Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. Refer to the "Maintenance" section for detailed cleaning instructions.
  4. Add Water: Open the top lid and manually pour potable water into the water reservoir. The top water tank capacity is 3.7L. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.

Operating Instructions

  1. Start Ice Production: After adding water and plugging in the unit, press the "ICE" button on the control panel. The "Power" indicator light will illuminate.

  3. Ice Full Indicator: When the ice storage bin is full (capacity 3.31 lbs), the "Ice Full" indicator light will turn on, and the unit will pause ice production. Remove ice to resume operation.
  4. Add Water Indicator: If the water level in the reservoir is too low, the "Add Water" indicator light will illuminate. Add more water to continue ice production.
  5. Light Function: Press the "LIGHT" button to turn the interior light on or off, allowing you to view the ice level through the window.
  6. Continuous Operation: As ice melts, the water returns to the bottom reservoir (capacity 2.2L) and is reused for new ice production.

Automatic Self-Cleaning

  1. Ensure the ice maker is empty of ice and has water in the reservoir.
  2. Press and hold the "CLEAN" button for 3 seconds to activate the automatic cleaning cycle.
  3. The unit will circulate water and clean its internal components. This cycle typically takes several minutes.
  4. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, drain the water from the unit. Refer to the manual for drain plug location.

Manual Cleaning

  • Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  • Remove the ice basket and water pan. Wash them with mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly.
