Operating Instructions
Understanding the Display:
The LCD digital display cycles through temperature, charging voltage, current, and battery power percentage. This provides real-time feedback on the charging status.
Selecting Charging Modes:
The charger features a touch-sensitive "MODE" button. It is crucial to select the correct mode for your battery type before connecting the charger to the battery. Once charging begins, the button will lock automatically after about 30 seconds to prevent accidental changes. To unlock, disconnect the battery clips.

Figure 6: The charger offers specific modes for various battery types and a dedicated repair function.
- AGM Mode: For AGM batteries.
- CAR Mode: For GEL, SLA, WET, Deep Cycle, EFB, and Calcium batteries (12V and 24V).
- MOTO Mode: Specifically for Motorcycle batteries (12V and 24V).
- LiFePO4 Mode: For Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries (12V and 24V).
- REPAIR Mode (16 hours): An advanced battery recovery mode for restoring and desulfating drained or sulfated batteries. This mode is only applicable to Motorcycle and Car batteries. Note: It cannot activate a dead battery or repair severely damaged batteries.
Automatic Temperature Adjustment:
The charger automatically detects the ambient temperature and adjusts the charging voltage accordingly. This ensures optimal charging performance in varying climates, preventing undercharging in winter and overcharging in summer.
- Winter Mode: Automatically activated below 10°C (50°F).
- Summer Mode: Automatically activated at 28°C (82.4°F) and above.

Maintenance
- Keep the charger clean and dry. Wipe the casing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives.
- Regularly inspect the charging cables and clips for any signs of damage, fraying, or corrosion. Replace if necessary.
- Store the charger in a cool, dry place when not in use, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Ensure the cooling fan is not obstructed to maintain proper airflow during operation.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Charger does not turn on. | No AC power; faulty outlet; damaged power cord. | Check AC power connection and outlet. Inspect power cord for damage. |
| Charger not charging battery. | Incorrect battery connection (reverse polarity); battery voltage too low (below 8.0V); battery severely damaged. | Ensure correct polarity (+ to +, - to -). Check battery voltage. This charger cannot activate dead batteries. |
| Mode button is unresponsive. | Button is locked after charging started. | Disconnect the battery clips to unlock the button, then select desired mode before reconnecting. |
| Charger gets hot during operation. | Normal operation; obstructed cooling fan; excessive ambient temperature. | Ensure adequate ventilation. Check for obstructions around the fan. The charger has overheat protection. |
| Display shows error or no information. | Internal fault; display issue. | Disconnect power and battery, wait a few minutes, then reconnect. If issue persists, contact support. |
