4. Setup Guide

4.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge both the transmitter and receiver units. Use the provided Dual USB Charging Cable. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides 5-6 hours of working time.

4.2. Connecting the Transmitter

Connect the transmitter to your audio source (e.g., mixer, amplifier, digital sound card) using the appropriate adapter. The transmitter has a 1/8" (3.5mm) jack. Use the included 6.35mm Mono or Stereo Adapters as needed for your device's output.

4.3. Connecting the Receiver

Plug the included monitor earphones into the 1/8" (3.5mm) earphone socket on the receiver. Ensure the earphones are securely connected.

4.4. Matching Channels

Both the transmitter and receiver have a 'CHANNEL' button. Press this button on both units to cycle through the 6 available channels (CH1-CH6). The channel indicator lights will flash until a successful match is made, then they will become solid. Ensure both units are set to the same channel for proper operation.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

Locate the ON/OFF switch on the side of both the transmitter and receiver units. Slide the switch to the 'ON' position to power them on. Slide to 'OFF' to power down.

5.2. Volume Adjustment

On the receiver unit, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the monitoring volume to your desired level. Adjust the volume gradually to avoid sudden loud sounds.

5.3. Wearing the Receiver

The receiver unit features a belt clip for convenient attachment to your clothing, allowing for unrestricted movement during use.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the transmitter and receiver. For earphones, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth and ensure they are completely dry before storage.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the units frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not in constant use. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Storage: When not in use, store all components in the provided carrying bag to protect them from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound:
    • Ensure both transmitter and receiver are powered on.
    • Verify that the transmitter and receiver are on the same channel.
    • Check earphone connection to the receiver.
    • Confirm the audio source is active and connected correctly to the transmitter.
    • Adjust volume levels on both the audio source and the receiver.
  • Interference/Poor Sound Quality:
    • Switch to a different channel on both the transmitter and receiver to find a clearer frequency.
    • Ensure there are no major obstructions (walls, large metal objects) between the transmitter and receiver.
    • Move away from other 2.4G wireless devices that might be causing interference.
  • Short Transmission Range:
    • Ensure line of sight between transmitter and receiver.
    • Check battery levels; low battery can affect range.
  • Battery Not Charging:
    • Verify the USB charging cable is properly connected to both the unit and a power source.
    • Try a different USB port or power adapter.
