Setup
1. Initial Inspection
Upon unboxing, carefully inspect the watch for any visible damage. Ensure all protective films are removed from the crystal and case back.
2. Adjusting the Leather Strap
The blue leather strap is designed for comfort and durability. To adjust the fit, locate the buckle and the series of holes on the strap. Select the hole that provides a snug yet comfortable fit on your wrist. Avoid overtightening, which can restrict circulation and damage the strap.

3. Setting Time and Date
Your watch is equipped with a precise quartz movement. To set the time and date:
- Pull out the crown: Gently pull the crown (the knob on the side of the watch) to the first or second click position. The first click is typically for date adjustment, and the second click is for time adjustment. Refer to Figure 3 for crown location.
- Set the date: If applicable, rotate the crown in one direction (usually clockwise) to set the date. Stop when the correct date is displayed.
- Set the time: Pull the crown out to the second click position. Rotate the crown to move the hour and minute hands to the correct time. Ensure you differentiate between AM and PM when setting the time, especially if the watch has a date function, as the date changes around midnight.
- Push in the crown: Once the time and date are set, push the crown back into its normal operating position to start the watch movement.

Operating the Chronograph
Your A|X Armani Exchange watch features a chronograph function, allowing you to measure elapsed time. The chronograph is operated using the two pushers located on either side of the crown.
- Start/Stop: Press the top pusher to start the chronograph. Press it again to stop the measurement.
- Reset: After stopping the chronograph, press the bottom pusher to reset all chronograph hands back to their zero positions.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To maintain the appearance of your watch, wipe the case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth. For the leather strap, avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals, as these can cause damage and discoloration. If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.
Water Resistance
This watch is water resistant up to 50 meters (165 feet) or 5 ATM. This means it is suitable for short periods of recreational swimming in shallow water. It is not suitable for diving, snorkeling, or high-impact water sports. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water. Do not operate the pushers or crown when the watch is wet or submerged.
Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a product-specific battery (included). When the watch stops or the second hand begins to jump erratically (if applicable), it indicates a low battery. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.
Storage
When not wearing your watch, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and strong magnetic fields. The original packaging or a watch box is ideal for storage.
