WARNING: This product operates at high temperatures. Always exercise extreme caution to prevent burns and fire hazards.

  • Always work in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling fumes from burning materials.
  • Ensure the wood burning station is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Do not touch the hot tips or metal parts of the pens during operation or immediately after use. Allow them to cool completely.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Always switch off and unplug the unit when not in use or when changing tips.
  • This product is rated for 110~127V 60Hz USA Specification. DO NOT connect this product to a 220V power socket.
  • Use the provided pen holder to safely rest the pens when not actively burning.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging.
  2. Assemble Pen Holder: The dual barrel pen holder can be mounted on top of the station using the included screw. This saves desk space and provides a secure resting place for the pens. The pen holder also has slots for the screwdriver, tweezers, and the tip storage tin, along with a space for the cleaning sponge.
  3. Connect Pens: Plug the two detachable wood burning pens into the designated 'TOOL A' and 'TOOL B' receptacles on the front of the pyrography station. Ensure they are securely connected.
  4. Insert Tips: Select the desired wire-nib tip. Using the provided screwdriver, loosen the screws on the pen's brass terminals. Insert the ends of the wire-nib tip into the terminals and tighten the screws to secure the tip. Ensure the tip is firmly held.
  5. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the station and then plug it into a standard 110~127V 60Hz power outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Flip the main power switch to the 'ON' position. The red operation indicator light will illuminate, indicating the station is active.
  2. Select Pen: Use the 'TOOL A / TOOL B' toggle switch to select which pen you intend to use. Only the selected pen will heat up. This allows you to have different tips ready on each pen and switch between them easily without waiting for cooling and reheating.
  3. Adjust Temperature: Rotate the temperature control knob to set the desired temperature. The range is 250°C to 750°C (482°F to 1382°F). Start with a lower temperature and gradually increase it as needed for your material and desired effect.
  4. Heating Time: Allow approximately 1 to 2 minutes for the wire-nib pen to heat up completely. Wait for the tip to reach the set temperature before beginning your work.
  5. Begin Pyrography: Once the tip is hot, gently apply it to your chosen material (wood, leather, paper, gourds, bark, nuts, etc.) to create your artwork. Experiment with different tips and temperatures on practice pieces to achieve various effects.
  6. Resting Pens: When not actively burning, always place the hot pen in the safety pen holder to prevent accidental burns or damage to your work surface.
  7. Power Off: When finished, turn the temperature knob to the lowest setting, then flip the main power switch to 'OFF'. Unplug the unit from the power outlet and allow all components to cool completely before storing.
