2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the cooktop from its packaging.
- Place the cooktop on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit. The ventilation ducts are designed to dissipate heat and prevent damage to the countertop.
- Ensure the power cord is not pinched or in contact with hot surfaces.
2.2 Power Connection
- Plug the cooktop into a standard 120V, 15A electrical outlet.
- The unit is ready for use when the display shows 'Lo' (low heat/standby mode) or '00' after pressing the power button.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off
- Press the On/Off button to turn the cooktop on. The display will show '00' indicating it's ready.
- Press the On/Off button again to turn the cooktop off. The display will show 'Lo' or 'H' if the surface is still hot.
3.2 Power and Temperature Settings
- The cooktop offers 9 power levels, adjustable from 200W to 1800W in 200W increments.
- It also features 10 temperature levels, ranging from 140°F to 464°F.
- Use the rotary knob to precisely control your desired power or temperature setting.

5. Safety Features
- Child Safety Lock: Ensures safety when the cooktop is not in use.
- Automatic Shut-off: The cooktop will return to standby mode after 30 seconds if no function is selected or if an incompatible pan is detected (displaying 'E0').
- Overheating Reminder: If the surface temperature exceeds 60°C (140°F), the LED will display 'H' after the machine shuts down to prevent touch burning.
- Ventilation System: Designed with ventilation ducts to better dissipate heat and prevent damage to the countertop.
