1. Overview

The JBL Vibe 200TWS True Wireless Earbuds deliver powerful JBL Deep Bass Sound and offer the freedom of true wireless audio for up to 20 hours of combined playback. Designed for comfort and convenience, these earbuds allow for hands-free calls and easy control via touch.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging case and a power source. The LED indicator on the case will show charging status. The earbuds charge automatically when placed inside the case.

4.2 Pairing

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Select "JBL Vibe 200TWS" from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
4. Once connected, a confirmation sound will play, and the LED indicator on the earbuds will turn off.

4.3 Fitting the Earbuds

For optimal sound quality and comfort, ensure a proper fit. Try the different sizes of ear tips included to find the best seal for your ears. Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canal and twist slightly to secure them.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Touch Controls

The JBL Vibe 200TWS earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls on each earbud.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Triple tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call or active call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold on either earbud for 2 seconds (when not on a call).

5.2 Dual Connect

You can use either the left or right earbud independently. Simply remove one earbud from the case, and it will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case to save battery or be used later.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For ear tips, you may gently wipe them with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.

6.2 Storage

When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and ensure they are charged for your next use. Store the case in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures.

6.3 Water Resistance (IPX2)

The JBL Vibe 200TWS earbuds are IPX2 rated, meaning they are protected against dripping water when tilted at 15 degrees. This makes them suitable for light workouts and minor splashes. Do not submerge the earbuds in water or expose them to heavy rain. Ensure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your JBL Vibe 200TWS earbuds, try the following common solutions:

• No Sound/Low Volume: Ensure earbuds are charged, connected, and volume is turned up on both the earbuds and your device. Check ear tip fit.
• Pairing Issues: Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on. Forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and try pairing again. Ensure earbuds are in pairing mode.
• One Earbud Not Working: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. Ensure both are charged.
• Unresponsive Touch Controls: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case and closing the lid for a few seconds.
