Product Overview
The StrongVision 2 Go camera is equipped with a 2.4-inch clear display for easy configuration and viewing. It supports Full HD video recording and features 36 invisible 940nm infrared LEDs for night vision. Motion detection is handled by PIR sensors with a 120° field of view and a range of up to 25 meters. The camera is designed with an IP65 waterproof rating, making it suitable for various outdoor conditions.

Setup
1. Battery Installation
The camera requires 8 AA batteries (not included) for operation. The batteries are housed in a separate battery box to protect the electronics.
- Open the camera's housing latches.
- Locate the battery compartment.
- Insert 8 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment securely.
2. SIM Card Installation
A SIM card is required for MMS/email transmission features. Use the provided tweezers for easier installation.
- With the camera open, locate the SIM card slot.
- Carefully insert the SIM card into the slot until it clicks into place.
- Ensure the SIM card is properly seated.
3. SD Card Installation
The camera records photos and videos to a microSD card. An 8 GB SD card is included in the package.
- Locate the microSD card slot.
- Insert the microSD card with the contacts facing the correct direction until it clicks.
- To remove, press the card gently to release it.

4. Mounting the Camera
The camera can be mounted using the included strap or a tripod.
- Strap Mounting: Thread the mounting strap through the slots on the back of the camera and secure it around a tree or pole.
- Tripod Mounting: Use the 1/4-inch tripod screw mount located at the bottom of the camera to attach it to a tripod or other compatible mounting accessory.

5. Initial Configuration
Configure the camera settings using the internal 2.4-inch screen and menu. The menu supports multiple languages including English, German, Italian, and Czech. Advanced settings can also be managed via a dedicated application for MS Windows.
- Turn on the camera.
- Navigate through the menu using the control buttons to set date, time, recording mode, and other preferences.
- For MMS/email transmission, configure the recipient addresses using the EVOLVEO config application. The EVOLVEO mail server simplifies this process, requiring only the recipient email address without passwords or usernames.
Operating the Camera
Recording Modes
The camera offers four primary recording modes:
- Camera: Captures still images.
- Video: Records video clips with sound.
- Camera + Video: Captures a still image followed by a video clip.
- Timelapse: Takes photos at set intervals, useful for monitoring long-term events like construction projects.
Motion Detection
The camera utilizes PIR (Passive Infrared) sensors to detect movement within a 120° field of view, up to 25 meters away. Upon detection, the camera triggers recording based on your configured settings.

MMS/Email Transmission
When motion is detected, the camera can send captured photos via MMS or email to your configured phone numbers or email addresses. The EVOLVEO mail server ensures secure communication for email transmission.
Adjustable Settings
Customize your recording preferences:
- Photo Burst: Set the camera to take 1, 3, 6, or 9 photos per trigger.
- Interval: Define the delay between triggers from 1 second to 30 minutes.
- Video Duration: Set video clip length to 10, 30, 60, or 90 seconds.
- Timestamp: Each photo includes date, time, temperature, and battery status.
Maintenance
Battery Replacement
Regularly check battery status via the photo timestamp or camera display. Replace all 8 AA batteries simultaneously to ensure consistent power and optimal performance.
SD Card Management
Periodically check the SD card for storage capacity. Transfer important files to a computer and format the SD card to maintain performance. Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting or removing the SD card.
Cleaning
Wipe the camera's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure the lens and PIR sensors are clean and free from obstructions for clear images and accurate motion detection. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Troubleshooting
Camera Not Turning On
- Check if batteries are inserted correctly with proper polarity.
- Ensure batteries have sufficient charge.
- Verify that the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
No Images/Videos Recorded
- Confirm the SD card is properly inserted and not full.
- Check motion detection settings (PIR sensitivity, interval).
- Ensure the camera is in an active recording mode (Camera, Video, Camera+Video, Timelapse).
MMS/Email Not Sending
- Verify SIM card is active and has sufficient credit/data.
- Check network coverage (2G GSM).
- Ensure MMS/email settings are correctly configured in the camera menu or via the EVOLVEO config application.
- Confirm recipient phone numbers/email addresses are correct.
