Placement and Mobility

Operating Instructions

Exercise Modes: Upright and Recumbent

The Soozier exercise bike offers both upright and recumbent cycling positions. To switch between modes, adjust the frame and seat as per the assembly instructions. The upright mode provides a more intense cardio workout, while the recumbent mode offers a relaxed ride with back support.

Adjusting Magnetic Resistance

The bike features 8 levels of magnetic resistance. Turn the tension control knob located on the main frame to increase (High) or decrease (Low) the resistance. Start with a lower resistance for warm-up and gradually increase for more challenging workouts, such as body training or muscle stabilization.

LCD Monitor Functions

Adjustments

Seat Adjustment
