Control Panel
The LCD control panel allows you to easily set cooking parameters or select from pre-programmed functions.

3. Setup and First Use
Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Check that all components are present and undamaged.
Initial Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Clean the cooking basket and outer pan with hot water, a mild dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or scouring pads, as these can damage the non-stick coating.
Placement
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 10 cm of free space around the back and sides of the appliance to allow for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the appliance near flammable materials or heat sources.
First Use (Empty Run)
It is recommended to perform an empty run before cooking food for the first time to eliminate any manufacturing odors.
- Plug the appliance into a grounded wall outlet.
- Pull out the outer pan with the cooking basket.
- Set the temperature to 200°C and the timer to 10 minutes.
- Press the Start button.
- A slight odor may be noticeable during this first use; this is normal and will dissipate.

4. Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Place the food you wish to cook into the cooking basket. Do not overfill the basket; ensure hot air can circulate.
- Slide the outer pan with the basket back into the appliance until it clicks into place.
- Plug the air fryer into a grounded wall outlet. The LCD screen will illuminate.
- No Preheating Required: The DOMO DO533FR Air Fryer is designed for quick heating, often eliminating the need for preheating.
Using Automatic Programs
The appliance features 8 pre-set programs for common food items. These programs automatically set the optimal temperature and time.
- Press the Menu button repeatedly to cycle through the available programs. The corresponding icon and default settings will appear on the display.
- The 8 automatic programs include settings for: Fries, Meat, Fish, Chicken, Cake, Vegetables, and more.
- Once you have selected the desired program, press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
- The air fryer will emit a sound signal when the cooking process is complete and will automatically switch off.

Manual Cooking Settings
For custom recipes or specific preferences, you can manually adjust the temperature and time.
- After placing food in the basket, use the Temperature Control Buttons to set the desired temperature between 80°C and 200°C.
- Use the Time Control Buttons to set the desired cooking time, up to 60 minutes.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
Tips for Best Results
- Shaking: For even cooking and crispiness, shake the basket halfway through the cooking time, especially for smaller items like fries or nuggets. To do this, carefully pull out the pan, shake the basket, and then slide it back in. The appliance will automatically pause and resume when the pan is reinserted.
- Oven-Ready Snacks: Snacks suitable for a conventional oven can also be cooked in the air fryer for optimal crispy results.
- Quantity: Smaller quantities of food tend to cook more evenly than larger quantities in an XL air fryer.
- Baking: For baking cakes, quiches, or stuffed dishes, place an oven-safe mold or dish on the grid inside the basket to prevent leakage into the pan.
- Oil: While the air fryer uses significantly less oil, a small amount of oil (1 tablespoon) can be added to some foods for extra crispiness.
