1. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
  • The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
  • This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.

2. Product Overview

  • Main Unit: Houses the heating element and fan.
  • Control Panel: Digital display for time, temperature, and preset functions.
  • Frying Basket: Non-stick basket for holding food.
  • Removable Tray/Crisper Plate: Sits inside the basket to allow air circulation and drain fat.
  • Handle: For safely pulling out and inserting the frying basket.

3. Before First Use

  1. Unpack: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  2. Clean: Wash the frying basket and removable tray thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. The basket and tray are dishwasher safe. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and level surface. Do not place the appliance on non-heat-resistant surfaces.
  4. Air Circulation: Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back and sides, and 10 cm (4 inches) of free space above the appliance.
  5. Pre-heat (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. Ensure good ventilation during this process.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation (Manual Settings)

  1. Plug In: Connect the power plug to a grounded wall outlet.
  2. Prepare Food: Place the food you want to air fry into the frying basket. Do not fill the basket beyond the MAX indication.
  3. Insert Basket: Slide the frying basket back into the appliance.
  4. Power On: The display will light up.
  5. Set Temperature: Use the temperature control buttons (+ / -) to set the desired cooking temperature (40°C - 200°C).
  6. Set Time: Use the timer control buttons (+ / -) to set the desired cooking time (1-60 minutes).
  7. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cooking process.
  8. Shake/Flip (Optional): Some foods require shaking or flipping halfway through the cooking time. The appliance may beep to remind you. Pull out the basket, shake/flip, and reinsert. The cooking will resume automatically.
  9. Finish: When the cooking time has elapsed, the appliance will beep. Carefully pull out the basket and remove the food.

4.2 Using Preset Programs

The Acezoe 5.5L Air Fryer comes with 6 preset programs for common dishes.

  1. Prepare Food: Place the food into the frying basket.
  2. Insert Basket: Slide the frying basket back into the appliance.
  3. Select Menu: Press the 'Menu' button repeatedly to cycle through the preset programs (Defrost, Fries, Chicken, Shrimp, Roast, Fish). The corresponding icon will light up.
  4. Start Cooking: Once the desired program is selected, press the Start/Pause button to begin. The appliance will automatically set the optimal time and temperature.
  5. Adjust (Optional): You can manually adjust the time and temperature even after selecting a preset program if needed.

4.3 Cooking Tips

  • Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
  • A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer preparation time, a smaller amount of ingredients only requires a slightly shorter preparation time.
  • Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimizes the end result and can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients.
  • Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the air fryer within a few minutes after you've added the oil.
  • Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients, such as sausages, in the air fryer.
  • Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
  • The optimal amount for preparing crispy fries is 500 grams.
  • Use pre-made dough to prepare filled snacks quickly and easily. Pre-made dough also requires a shorter preparation time than home-made dough.
  • You can also use the air fryer to reheat ingredients. To reheat ingredients, set the temperature to 150°C (300°F) for up to 10 minutes.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean the appliance after every use. The frying basket and the removable tray have a non-stick coating. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as this may damage the non-stick coating.

5.1 Cleaning the Frying Basket and Tray

  1. Remove the power plug from the wall outlet and let the appliance cool down.
  2. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  3. Clean the frying basket and the removable tray with hot water, some dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. You can also put them in the dishwasher.
  4. For stubborn dirt, soak the basket and tray in hot water with some dish soap for approximately 30 minutes.

5.2 Cleaning the Interior

  • Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
  • Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.

5.3 Storage

Unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely. Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Store the air fryer in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting
